Field Test 001.
We made an early batch: 230 people tried it. 190 of them noticed something, consistently, over the first five days. That was not the question we were asking.
The question was whether it belonged in a working day: whether what people felt was strong and reliable enough to earn a place at 0800, or 1400, or wherever the day needed it. We decided it didn't.
That isn't the same as saying it didn't work. Most people noticed something: some alertness, some lift. We upped the dose, hoping that would close the gap. It didn't. What people felt still wasn't the kind of thing that replaces a coffee or an energy drink. The people testing it told us plainly: a gummy wasn't the format they'd reach for in that specific moment, between one drink and the next.
190 / 230 testers noticed an effect. Not enough replaced the moment we built this for.
So we made a decision. That early batch isn't for sale. It exists only as Field Test 001: a record of what we tried, what we found, and why it fell short, kept and published rather than quietly set aside.
V1 · THE FOUNDATION, NOT FOR SALE
ONE BOTTLE, LEFT ON THE DESK · V1 · THE FOUNDATION
The moment matters more here than the ingredient: the working day, between water and coffee. We're now working on a different format, held to the same standard the first one didn't meet. What that becomes is still open, and we won't call it better until we know that it is.
We tell you what we find, before we ask you to buy anything. This is the first time we have had to. It won't be the last.
