0800Labs is currently a pre-launch website. We're not selling any product, and this site doesn't process any payments. Its purpose is to share information about 0800Labs, publish our Field Notes content, and let people join our waitlist ahead of launch.

This website is operated by 0800Labs. 0800Labs isn't, at this stage, an incorporated company. See our Privacy Policy for the identity of the party responsible for this website. You can contact us at hello@0800labs.com.
3. Using this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse this website or the waitlist form, including submitting false or malicious information through it.
4. Our content
Field Notes and other content on this website reflect our own findings, views, and product-development process at the time of publication. They are not medical, nutritional, or health advice, and should not be treated as such.
5. No offer of sale
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell any product. No product is currently available to buy, and joining our waitlist does not create any contract or obligation between us.
6. Intellectual property
The 0800Labs name, this website's content, and its design belong to us. A UK trademark application covering the "0800 Labs" word mark has been filed; registration isn't yet confirmed. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or branding without our permission.
7. Third-party services
This website uses third-party services, including Kit (for our waitlist) and Vercel (for hosting). Your use of features that rely on these services is also subject to those providers' own terms.
8. Liability
We provide this website "as is." We do not guarantee it will be available at all times or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website.
9. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

We may update this website, our waitlist, or these terms at any time, particularly as 0800Labs moves from pre-launch toward selling products.

Labs members see the parts of our research that don't make it into a public Field Note: the unfinished tests, the choices we're still weighing.
When there's a first production run, Labs members get it before it's public. Not a discount. Earlier.
